GO To A New Level Of
Professional Capability.
The mix of capabilities required to thrive professionally, recently became a lot more complex. Do you want to access leading-edge Professional Development courses that enable you to keep pace with this complexity? We offer innovative, online Professional Development courses in the area of Human Behaviour. For 15 years we have been researching, developing and delivering training for the elite levels of National Security, Defence, Intelligence and Law Enforcement. Now, this highly successful, tested, face-to-face training content has been adapted for online delivery to reach a wider range of professionals who are navigating new occupational landscapes. Our online reach has been adapted for a range of professions, including teachers, medical professionals and sales professionals.
Your ability to persuade and influence is based on your ability to build rapport. Successful interaction with your clients, co-workers, students and family is not just about what you say, but your capability to read what they may be trying to say to you. Knowing how to ask questions, rather than just knowing the questions to ask, will give you the information you need to best meet the needs of others. This, in turn, will enable you to thrive at work and at home. Good communication in our fluid world is as much about anticipation, as preparation.
Fast track your way to Professional Development that promises to also make you better at home
Who are we?
The NI GO team and our parent company, New Intelligence, comprises training and education specialists who have worked at the coalface of law enforcement, national security, organisational change, public administration, sales, marketing and teaching. Our training is based on scientific research but is designed to enhance your capabilities in the workplace, workplaces we understand.
Our Method
Unlike other companies offering Professional Development courses online, we run each of our courses on a Programme basis. If you enrol in an online course through NI GO, your learning experience with us doesn’t have to end when you complete the online modules. You can opt-in to let us help you embed your learning in your everyday practice, at no extra cost.
Courses
NI GO courses have been developed from the ground up and are based in science: neuropsychology, behavioural science and physiology. We are not in the business of pop psychology. Our cutting-edge training is a means of affecting positive behavioural change. Our course catalogue is evolving and will be specifically designed to enhance the personal capability required in a rapidly changing professional environment. Discover our courses.
About us
The Evolution of New Intelligence GO
NI GO is a subsidiary of New Intelligence, a privately owned, boutique training company fulfilling the training needs of Australia’s Public and Private sector organisations for over 15 years. New Intelligence was born out of mission critical organisations and still provides cutting edge programmes to the elite levels of law enforcement, defence, compliance, intelligence and national security agencies. It now takes the same science and applications to a wide variety of public and private sector organisations and groups at an enterprise and corporate level.
Our Method
Our parent company has built a reputation on innovative delivery and follow up. Now NI GO brings that online.
Our Design
Our course design and delivery methods have always been grounded in science. We have spent as much time and effort scouring the research about what makes training valid as we have the content that goes into it. We think it is very important to add Context to Content.
Our Delivery
NI GO offers its participants a Programme model for delivery of courses. This means that our course cost includes, not just the online course content, but a follow up programme schedule of tasks to help embed your learning. To do this we use our proprietary software, Siphtit.
How we demonstrate our commitment to making you work and play better.
Experience and research tell us that lasting change in behaviour and thinking are unlikely to happen just by completing an online course. That’s why NI GO offers a Programme approach to our online course delivery. Our mission with our training is to enable, and encourage, measurable and lasting change. After you have completed all the online modules for the course you choose, you can opt-in to allow NI to send you a series of Post-Course Prompts, at no extra cost. These prompts are designed to assist you with the practice and implementation of knowledge you acquired during the course. They will remind you, the participant, to perform a small task to connect you to what you have learned. Some of these tasks may not even be work related. We adhere to the philosophy of “Train like you play”. Repetition of skills in play is transformative and the transformation occurs quicker than in formal training. The prompts will encourage you to continually practise your new capability at work and at home. We have developed our own proprietary software, Siphtit, to ensure our ongoing contact is seamless, and you can opt-in or out at any time. You will receive your first prompt 48 hours after completing your online course, and the tasks usually take no more than five minutes to complete.
Our Proprietary Software - Siphtit
Siphtit is software that was developed by New Intelligence, our parent company, as a solution for delivering a whole Programme to course participants, whether they completed our courses through face-to-face training, or through online delivery. Over six years ago, we started researching better delivery methods for our content. We spoke to many training participants who were frustrated with the fact that they would often attend Professional Development courses, or complete courses online, but then had difficulty remembering to practise their new capability and knowledge back in their workplace. We created the concept of “sifting” through course content to get to the most important aspects of the training (the gems) and designed ways in which participants could easily incorporate the practise of the most important learning in their day, whether in the workplace or at home. We called this software Siphtit because it enables us to prompt our participants to keep the core learnings from our courses at the front of their minds.
Reading People
Our Reading People course is based on the science of how people engage. Don’t expect pop psychology or “body language” tips and tricks. We have applied the research, and learning from practical experience in high stakes environments, about what happens when psychology and physiology meet. This course will change the way you see others, will increase your tolerance for unexpected responses and will maximise your capability for ethical persuasion and influence.
The Art and Science of Interview
If the title of this course makes you think this course is not applicable to your profession, think again. While the common association with the word “interview” is with Human Resource Professionals, Police or Journalists, effective interviewing capability is crucial in any profession where success in your role relies on gathering information from other people. For a variety of reasons, clients, students or patients will often only reveal some information, rather than their full story. The information they leave out can be the difference between a good decision and bad decision being made by those who serve or care for them. This course will provide you with a scalable framework for the way you go about gathering information from others. The way you ask the questions is as important as the questions you ask.

You can register and pay for a course through this website. Click on the course you would like to undertake, register and pay through our payment gateway. If you do not wish to pay online, please contact us for alternate payment arrangements.
You will have access to the course you choose for one year from the date of your registration and payment. This means you can learn at your own pace or revise content even after you have completed the course assessment.
As you complete each module there are a series of multiple-choice questions to assess your understanding of the content. You must attain a score of at least 80% to progress to the next module. If you do not achieve 80% on an assessment attempt, you can repeat the assessment task.
New Intelligence Go’s courses are only available for online delivery. If you would like to attend a face-to-face training event, please contact our parent company, New Intelligence which occasionally runs public courses. Please note that the individual course cost for face-to-face events is significantly higher than the prices for NI GO’s online delivery.
We are in the process of having our training accredited by some professional registration bodies in Australia.
For teachers, our training is currently accredited by NESA, the NSW Education Authority. Please let us know which associations you would like us to approach for future accreditation. In the meantime, our training maps to several of the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL) Teaching Standards.
Participants in our online courses will be able to generate a Certificate of Completion once all modules and assessments are completed. The certificate will be provided whether you choose to participate in the post course prompts program or not.
